About The Founder
Tammy Yard-McCracken, MS, LPC, ACHT
The Centre provides a new and holistic approach to behavioral medicine along with Adjunctive Medical Hypnotherapy and is the result of over 20 years of experience in the industry.  The centre's creator, Tammy Yard-McCracken, MS, LPC, A.C.H.T., has been working in the mental health field since 1986. She holds a master's degree in professional counseling and a clinical license with the Texas Department of Health Professional Counselor Board of Examiners and is a Certified Hypnotherapist-Advanced.  She is a frequently requested presenter/training facilitator having presented throughout the United States, Canada and Europe and has published numerous articles in a variety of publications.   Additionally, Tammy is adjunct faculty in the Houston Community College System, is a certified corporate trainer and life coach who has been contracted to guide the leadership of a number of Houston area organizations.

Belinda Rivera, LMT, C.H.T.-Intern: 
Belinda Rivera is a sought after massage therapist with nearly 15 years experience in the healing arts.  As a Reiki Master and acclaimed medical massage therapist, she has provided successful healing touch for even the most difficult cases and has been pursued by recognized Chiropractic Clinics in the Houston area.  
Ms. Rivera is also completing her certification work towards Clinical Hypnotist-Advanced credentialing providing hypnosis work at The Centre for a nominal rate during her Internship.

Jennifer Garret, LPC-I
Ms. Jennifer Garret joins the Centre as a psychotherapy resident.  A professional counseling graduate of Argosy University, Ms. Garret brings the strength of the latest research and counseling techniques to her work in individual and couples counseling.  Her area of expertise includes Child & Adolescent Counseling, adult individual & the gay/lesbian community.

George Yard, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus
Dr. Yard is a nationally acclaimed consultant in the field of behavioral studies.  His expertise in the Autism Spectrum and Dissimilar Learner fields of study is recognized throughout the United States.  As a published author and teacher trainer, Dr. Yard is in high demand in both the public and private school communities.  Retired from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, Dr. Yard brings his 30 plus year career experience to the Houston area.

W.D. McCracken, Exec. Coach, CHT-I
The Centre is proud to include Mr. McCracken as a member of our consulting team. With nearly twenty years experience in law enforcement leadership including work in National Security, Dan McCracken brings a unique and critical perspective to leadership development.  He is available for training, consulting and individual executive coaching.  He is also currently completing his internship as a clinical hypnotist focusing on sports performance and security community needs.
